Hi, I’m Valentin
I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, level 3 trained, based in Brooklyn, NYC.
As much as I can, I strive to help my clients meet and be with the feelings and parts of themselves that they struggle with the most, so that they can be more present and more connected with the people around them.
I also love writing & teaching about communication, emotional resilience, consent, spirituality, sex-positivity, and more.
Before diving into all the above, I received a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in France, a PhD in Economics from Columbia University, and spent 2 years working in Management Consulting for a Top 2 consulting firm in NYC.
Now, I share what I think matters with the world. :)
